Community Open House

Twice a year, typically in October and March, DCNS holds an Open House free to the community and surrounding areas on a Saturday morning. The Open House is a wonderful opportunity to bring the entire family to school! Meet the teachers and Director, as well as families currently enrolled at DCNS. Tour the classrooms and participate in a variety of activities that reflect our developmental philosophy.

Once a family attends an Open House, that family will receive priority on our mailing list and during the registration process. Stop by to find out what DCNS is all about!

DCNS Fundraiser

The Spring Benefit is DCNS's major fundraising event of the year. Planned by the Parent Board, the Spring Benefit is a casual party which features a silent auction and raffle for many great prizes. It is a great opportunity to get out and socialize with other DCNS parents, alumni and staff.

Trike-a-thon

Another family fun event sponsored by our Parent Board, the Trike-A-Thon is held in the spring. To start, the children decorate their trikes and bikes. Then each age group participates in a non-competitive race around our "track." After the children receive awards for their participation, everyone is welcome to join in arts and crafts, and much more. After activities, lunch is served.
