What makes us special?
Since 1964 we have been offering preschool classes for children
18 months to 5 years old.
Our well-rounded curriculum includes Music Together®, art, science, math, literacy,
kindergarten enrichment and extended lunch programs.
You will find the lowest student-to-teacher ratios on the
North Shore. The result is great personal attention.
All of our head teachers have been teaching with us for more
than 17 years.
We have social programs for parents that are simply FUN.
We have a fully enclosed outdoor playground.

are a nut-free zone.
Deerfield Community Nursery School (DCNS) welcomes all preschool-age children and has no religious
affiliation. DCNS is a not-for-profit program licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
